PASS AWAY OR PASS ON

Death.

When a person dies, what happens.

We only are aware of what's left behind.

Dreams dashed, hope ends, emptiness abounds.

There's a sick feeling of despair and finality.

A void that nothing could ever fill.

But what happens to the person that died.

It was a person.

Someone's mother or sweet daughter.

Do they just simply cease to be?

Some know, and others hope, that it's just the body that stops working.

That a person is not just the body that they live in.

Just like a person is not the house that they live in.

So is physical death a person passing away - gone
or did they pass 'on' to something or someplace else?

Many believe that a person is made up of body and soul.

They believe that after man was made, his Maker breathed
the breath of life, (his soul) into him and made him a living soul.

So now at conception, we are body and soul, our body grows and grows
but what happens to the soul?

Does the soul die when the body dies?

Does the 'full being' of the person just pass away?

And what's a spirit, anyway? Is it the same as a soul?

The answers will come.
